A summer destination wedding on a Capri terrace overlooking the Faraglioni. One coordinated production for ceremony, aperitivo, dinner, cake moment and after-dinner party.
The starting point.
- International couple, planner-led, with US and IT guests in equal share.
- Goal: keep the music elegant during dinner and lift the energy into a serious dance floor.
- Constraint: outdoor noise limit and a 1 a.m. cut for the terrace, with a back-up plan for wind.
What we ran.
- Violin solo during ceremony, sax + lounge DJ during aperitivo.
- DJ + vocalist during dinner, building into cake moment with full lighting cue.
- After-cake party with DJ, sax and percussion live on the dance floor.
- Architectural lighting on the terrace columns, dinner candles preserved.
How it actually worked on the day.
- Load-in at dawn via micro-vehicle from the port; soundcheck before guest arrival.
- Power split between venue line and silent backup; weather contingency for wind.
- Microphones, mixers and PA shared across ceremony, speeches and party.
- On-site technician throughout the day to manage cues with planner and venue.

- Music journey ran with zero technical interruptions and inside the noise limit.
