2. Purpose of the site

The site is an informational presentation of the production services offered under the brand Capri Sound Experience (DJ sets, live music, sound, lighting, artist direction, full production). The site does not offer e-commerce: any contract for services is concluded separately by way of a written quotation and order confirmation.

3. Intellectual property — all rights reserved

All content published on this site — including photographs, videos, audio, graphics, layout, copywriting, logos, brand names and distinctive signs — is protected by copyright (Italian Law 633/1941, Directive (EU) 2019/790), trademark law and other applicable intellectual-property laws, and is owned by ErcoCongress Srl or licensed to it by the rights holders.

Without prior written authorisation it is prohibited to:

• copy, download, save, reproduce or store the photographs and videos by any means (including screen capture for redistribution);
• extract, scrape or harvest content via automated tools or AI crawlers;
• use the content for training of machine-learning or generative AI models;
• redistribute, republish, broadcast, perform or otherwise communicate the content to the public on other websites, platforms or media;
• use the brand Capri Sound Experience, the logo or any distinctive sign for commercial purposes, including as metadata, ad copy or domain name.

Casual viewing in the browser, private personal consultation and sharing of links to public pages are permitted. Quotation for journalistic or critical purposes is admitted within the limits of Italian Law 633/1941.

4. Permitted use

You may consult the site through a standard browser, contact the controller via the published channels and submit a production brief. You may not interfere with the operation of the site, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malicious code or use the site in a way that infringes third-party rights or applicable law.

5. Content of the brief and other communications

By sending a brief or contacting us, you declare that the information provided is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Personal data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not include sensitive data, third-party personal data without proper basis or confidential information that is not necessary to respond to your request.

6. Liability disclaimer

Information on the site is provided in good faith for informational purposes only. Although we strive to keep it accurate and up to date, no guarantee is given that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a specific purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ErcoCongress Srl is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

The site may contain links to third-party platforms (for example WhatsApp, Instagram). We do not control those sites and accept no liability for their content, availability or privacy practices.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or to applicable law. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the site, the exclusive jurisdiction is the Court of Napoli, Italy, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers under articles 66-bis and following of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005.
